A simple setup path for PC & Mac. App menus vary, but the essentials stay the same.
Install your player
Open the official app store for your device, choose a compatible player and install it. Player licences may be separate from your viewing plan.
Add your access details
After your plan or trial is confirmed, enter the access details exactly as provided. Never share them publicly.
Test before settling in
Open a live channel and an on-demand title, then check sound, picture quality and network stability on your usual connection.
